Since we only offer a limited number of products, we do not have an integrated shop system. Instead, all payments and purchases are processed directly through PayPal.

When you decide to purchase and click an "Add to Cart" button, you will be redirected directly to PayPal. It does not matter whether you have a PayPal account or if you are simply using the platform to make a purchase via credit card.

Processing via PayPal offers several advantages, including absolute security. We only receive notification of the payment for a product and do not receive any details regarding bank account numbers, credit card data, etc. Additionally, you benefit from well-known PayPal advantages such as Buyer Protection.

All prices include VAT where applicable.

After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email from us within one business day, including a few instructions on how to permanently activate the software. The email will be sent to the address registered with your PayPal account. If you would like the email sent to a different address, you can specify this during the PayPal checkout or send a parallel email to our support address.

You will also receive the invoice as a PDF file via email, along with the requested license file. If the invoice should be issued to someone other than the PayPal account holder, please let us know by email.

If you own a an older Visual Building product, you can update to our latest product range. Proof of purchase for an older version may be required.

The updates in this shop are initially intended for switching to the latest version with a comparable range of functions (e.g., from an "older" Visual Building Premium to Visual Building Premium 13). If you wish to both update and upgrade (e.g., from "old PRO" to Visual Building Premium 13), please email us and we will provide you with an offer.

To bring as many customers as possible up to date, we are currently accepting updates from all older version numbers to our latest product.

There are no special update installation packages, as the difference in data volume is negligible. For installation, please use one of the full versions from the download area.

Customers who purchased a Visual Building 12 version after June 30, 2025, can request a free upgrade to the same version 13. For example, from Basic 12 to Basic 13.

In this case, please send us a license request including your previous invoice details.
